Prince Florian’s Report Card of Accomplishments during his First Wee Week

Eats his greens to get plenty of calcium.

Eats hay and alfalfa pellets.

Learned to take his Vitamin C liquid from a syringe (held by his foster mom).

Excited to eat Critical Care mixture from a dish.

Learned from Maro to eat oats from their pellet bowl.

Wheeks and doesn’t hide when he knows it is almost time for nightly cilantro & lettuces.

Fur is starting to look healthier.

Gained 41 grams!

At “bedtime” takes pea flakes from foster mom’s fingers, which is a huge step.

Little Prince Florian is receiving very special, experienced,foster care right now since he was very traumatized on intake. Found on the side of the road with Princess Mia Belle and transferred to us from a local shelter these sweet guineas certainly need some time. Neither are eating that well and have some catching up to do. Hopefully just a couple more weeks of extra foster loving and he will be thriving!! #sandiego #guineapig #animalrescue #adoptdontshop
